In collaboration with the team, volunteers and parent advisory board members, the Social Service Special will conduct community outreach to meet contractual levels of services of 250 unduplicated families per year
Minimum of 60 semester hours from a higher learning facility required; Associates degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree with additional training and work experience preferred
Work Experience Requirement:
Have at least two years of experience in a human service or social service agency. Must demonstrate ability to work cooperatively with the staff and a variety of persons external to the family support center, including representatives of other agencies and parents. Must have experience working effectively in a multi-cultural setting and the ability to model and teach appropriate interaction with children and parents.
