Location: Grace A. Dunn Middle School or Joyce Kilmer Middle School, Trenton, New Jersey

Length of Assignment: Each School Calendar Year

Schedule: 02:30PM to 05:30PM or 3:00PM - 6:00PM depending on school hours

Salary Range:   $20.00 per hour

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Required

The Group Leader will assist students in homework support, test preparation, and individual and group activities. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide homework assistance
• Assist in implementing activities
• Assist in classroom management
• Assist in maintaining program space
• Maintain student safety and provide a supportive learning environment
• Participate in staff development workshops and attend staff meetings
• Perform related duties as assigned

High School Diploma/GED Required

Work Experience Requirement: Must have experience working with children and effective classroom management skills. 

Qualified candidates must consent to and meet the pre-employment screening requirements for the NJ Department of Human Services Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) Background Check, Criminal History Background Check, and Drug Screening.
